Yes. Participation in IFSS 2025 can be either onsite at Negros Residences, Bacolod City, Philippines or online through the conference platform. This allows attendees to choose the mode of participation that best suits their circumstances and preferences.

Payment instructions are provided on the Registration page. You can pay through the following methods:
Local Attendees: Deposit your payment to the specified Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) account.
Foreign Attendees: Pay by bank transfer to the specified BPI account for US Dollar transactions.
Credit Card Payment: Follow the instructions provided on the registration form or website.
Abstracts for paper presentations can be submitted through the IFSS Conference Platform. Please refer to the submission guidelines on the website for more details.
Registration allows you to participate in this global gathering of professionals, academics, researchers, and practitioners in the field of sustainability science. It is an opportunity to exchange ideas, share insights, and collaborate on solutions to sustainability challenges.
The SDG Fair is part of IFSS 2025 and serves as a platform to showcase the initiatives of organizations dedicated to advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Presenters from various sectors will share their global sustainability efforts through programs, products, technologies, and services. An award will also be given to recognize innovative approaches toward sustainable development.
To receive your certificate, you must earn the “Survey Completed” badge. See the FAQ below on What are conference badges? for more information.
Once you have completed the survey and received your “Survey Completed” badge:
Go to the menu bar under the “IFSS” dropdown tab.
Select Certificate.
Click the “Get Certificate” button to download your certificate.
Note:
You can only generate your certificate once.
Please check your profile name and update it if necessary, as this will be the name printed on your certificate.
Conference badges are awarded to participants for completing specific conference activities. You need these badges to qualify for a certificate. The available badges are:
Day 1 Completer Badge - Earned by attending and participating in all sessions on Day 1 (17 September 2025) via the Zoom links provided on the sessions page.
Day 2 Completer Badge - Earned by attending and participating in all sessions on Day 2 (18 September 2025) via the Zoom links provided on the sessions page.
Survey Completed Badge - Earned by successfully completing the conference survey, which becomes available only after earning both Day Completer badges. This badge makes you eligible to claim your Certificate of Participation.
If two sessions are held simultaneously, you only need to join one Zoom session. Then, click the link for the other session without entering the Zoom meeting. This will mark both sessions as complete. All sessions must be marked complete to earn a Day Completer Badge.
